I was appreciative about paying this amount for a tow hitch but that immediately went out the window when I first towed the boat , it was a total different feel through the car , no bounce , before it felt like the boat was controlling the car now it feels positive and safe

First thing i noticed was the smoother ride with the Gen-Y hitch fitted towing a 4 tonne load. None of the jerky tail shake on bumpy roads makes the ride a lot more comfortable on our less than adequate Victorian Roads. Easy to fit and easy to use.

Seems ok but has excessive sideways movement in torsion section. Not much customer service.

Surprised it works that well and changed my set up 100% . Ram 3500 duel wheel , Jayco 25 foot , previously hard in the rear and hammered my Jayco on rough roads , now way better , a real noticeable difference from the time I drove out my gate
