What really sets this product apart is its use of GEN Y’s patented TORSION-FLEX technology. This technology allows the truck and trailer to glide down the road eliminating the jarring and shock transfer of a standard 2” ball mount.
The Australian delivered Glyder is NOT the same as the USA product. We have remanufactured the product to higher standards to pass Australian testing and laws.

Please ensure the 4 x bolts that secure the face-plate to the hitch are only ever torqued to 90FT-LB maximum. Any tighter will strip the treaded hole.

Hitch arrived with no torque instructions in the box. When i proceeded to tighten to set the right tow height on vehicle the thread pulled out of the Hitch with very little force.
I then contacted the office and tried several times to email photos and then had a discussion with one of the owners and sent photos of the Hitch to him. He said they would give me a credit and advised we do the Warranty claim. 75 % of the questions were not relevant as we didn't even get to towing anything.
I then freighted the Hitch back to them at my expense and have had nothing in response for the last two weeks.

I needed a torsion hitch to tow my boat and having a standard height 4x4 ute meant the Glyder was the best option for me.
I'm honestly amazed by the amount of bounce the hitch takes out of the towing...
My back was getting sore from the crappy roads I tow on and this has helped solve that.
